GIR II on Vacation Until August 1st

Between the poor internet access I have and the vino tinto that is included with lunch I am basically useless as a blogger while here in Europe.

I won´t be back in the states until late July, so my best guess is that blogging will resume August 1st.

So, everyone please stay safe and I will "see" you next month.

Israel Getting Ready to Pick Your Pocket

If the 80 billion per year we are spending in Iraq is not enough, Israel now wants 2.2 billion to remove the settlements that they put there using your money in the first place (at least indirectly).

Israel will ask the United States for $2.2 billion, one of the largest aid requests by the Jewish state, to pay for its planned withdrawal from the occupied Gaza Strip, Israeli political sources said on Monday.

Just thought I would let you know in case your day was going too well.
