Horowitz, the former left-wing zealot who is now a right-wing zealot, described the woman who has camped out near Bush's Crawford, Texas, ranch as "hateful," accused her of dishonoring the memory of her son and promised that if Sheehan and other anti-war activists succeed in bringing an end to the occupation of Iraq then "rivers of blood" will flow in the streets of America. It was a remarkable performance, so much so that even Horowitz admitted that he was "emotional" about the subject.
It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

I am amassing a collection or trying to at least, on personal and family backgrounds of the neos.
I had numerous files which I lost in a computer crash months ago and trying to relocate the info on search engines is extremely time consuming and if I was paranoid I would say goggle and several others have been scrubed of info on these guys.
I have the info on the immigration from Poland to the US of the father's of Wolfowritz and Feith during the war but am looking for personal family background info on Ledeen, Perle, Gaffney, Pipes, Kristol, Abrams, Luti, Shulsky, Midge Dicter, and the whole intellectual and government neo crew...anyone who might know of sources or a data bank that might help please let me know. Their perfessional histories are everywhere but trying to find their personal info is a challange. Thanks
Boy, that is going to be tough. I have been collecting info on the neocons for some time, but have just come up with mainly career stuff. Tidbits like Feith's father are the exception.

For whatever reason the personal info on this group is almost non existant...
I read about Wolfie's girlfriend in the WP social columns..it also said he and his wife were divorced...but another source says they aren't divorced...I emailed the columns author about it and he mailed me back and said he couldn't find a record of the Wolfowritz divorce either..not in Maryland or Virginia or DC..where their last three residences were...strange.
I discovered Gaffney has a sister, Devon Gaffney Cross who works at the Pentagon on Defense planning and typically enough is also on half a dozen boards of various tanks and charities related to Israel with a number of the same neo's...all of these birds flock together...and all of them show up on related names search with the same old group, Perle, Dicter, Feith, etc...
It's like a gaint incest circle...they remind me of that weird group in Georgia called the Travelers that have their own town and cult type society.

I also found on your previous link the bit I needed on Pipes...in addition to the Wolfowitz and Feith families, his father also originated from Poland and immigrated to the US during the war. So far that is three in the neo group who are connected by being first generation Jewish Polish immigrants. Anyone reading about the works and opinions of their respective fathers and their flight from Poland cannot deny that the son's entire politics and agenda's are based on the same trama that there is a Hitler under every bed and since the US didn't save the Jews originally it is now the US responsiblity to rectify that by stomping out every enemy of Jews worldwide and any dictator or country not friendly to or accepting of total Isramerica

I think the fit Harold Rhode threw at the Pentagon when he attacked some visiting Arabs and told them.."you won't trade at this bazzare any more and you will sit up and pay attention because we are in charge now"...or words to that effect...sums up the mid set of these people...the historical helpless victims of the world have gained some power and since the nazis are no longer around to exact revenge on, they will exorcise their demons and exact revenge on the Arabs and any other enemy with their new found US power. Beside the obvious, the problem is they consider everyone except themselves the enemy.
If you read closely the fact that they blame the US as much as Europe for not saving the Jews during WWII explains why they have no scruples about using the US or our citizens a in war...dead American don't compare to them with the number of dead Jews in WWII.
